Are you looking for a stimulating, progressive farm veterinary career whilst being part of a fun and innovative team? Come work with us! We’re looking for someone to bring new ideas into the fold, share their experience with our team and strengthen our collective offering.
We are a close-knit team with a strong social culture and core values of positivity and proactivity, innovation and integrity, empathy, efficiency and effectiveness. Our team includes experienced farm clinicians, Vet Techs, TB vets, approved TB testers, embryo transfer specialists and a brilliant support team who keep everything ticking.

As a practice, we are part of the VetPartners group and fully embrace the benefits of being part of the wider VetPartners Farm family. We maximise the use of technology and data through Kingshay and Digifarm, giving you the relevant information at the touch of a button. This saves time, increases efficiency and creates more time for the finer things in life! Several members of our team are active within the VetPartners farm network, including clinical board governance and training programmes, so there are plenty of opportunities to get involved beyond your day-to-day role.
The role
We’re looking for someone who wants to grow – learning from our experienced team while developing their own interests. We value people who challenge the status quo and don’t believe in standing still. We will support projects that you feel could positively impact our team and clients, and we hope you’ll bring unique perspectives and ideas from your previous experience.
Client relationships are at the heart of what we do, and we’re looking for a vet who wants to build strong, long-term relationships with our farmers through regular flock and herd health work. We are also involved in vet school teaching, farmer training, product and germplasm export, sheep and cattle AI and embryo transfer. We are always keen to support vets looking to develop their skills and experience in these areas.
You would join a 1 in 9 out of hours rota and the day-to-day diary of a busy practice. Confidence in handling cases out of hours and a solid base of surgical skills would be expected. A good grasp of cattle reproduction and ultrasound is needed, as we’d like you to get involved from the outset.
If this sounds like a role that would suit you, please get in touch. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, enjoys working as part of a team and is a natural problem solver.
What’s in it for you?
- Attractive remuneration package
- 1 in 9 OOH rota, with options to swap, buy and sell OOH work to increase flexibility
- 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, with additional days in lieu for weekends on call
- Flexible CPD allowance
- Integration with the wider LLM team of European Diploma, DBR and Certificate holders, with further studies encouraged
- Westfield Health cash back plan and employee assistance program
- Private medical insurance following completion of probation
- One paid volunteering day per year
