Established in 2005, we offer a comprehensive nationwide bovine Embryo Transfer service. Our friendly, professional team of vets and Embryo Transfer technicians have over 50 years experience. As a result, they are highly regarded in the embryo transfer business. UKET can collect and process cattle embryos for both the domestic market as well as EU and worldwide. Additionally, all embryos are stored in our licensed secure domestic and EU storage centre. Our specialist team will guide you through the intricacies of the ET programme which include donor and recipient management. Because of this we are well place to help you realise your herd’s genetic potential. In addition we also offer a cattle scanning service in the South West as well as specialist veterinary advice on how to get the best from your herd through genomic testing.

UKET History
UKET was established in 2005 by Mike Christie MRCVS and Martin “Spike” Newman. They joined LLM Farm Vets from Cogent Breeding Ltd. The team has since grown to boast a wealth of embryo transfer experience with Simon “Stan” Matthews and embryologist, Becky Arden joining from Genus in 2010. Emma Broster has most recently joined the UKET team to manage UKET at head office.
