Italy farm tour - LLM Farm Vets

Italy Farm Tour Opportunity – 2024

We’ve partnered up with the renowned Bay Farm Tours and Dr Alfonso Camassa to offer you an exclusive dairy and beef farm tour to Italy.

Italy is one of the main players in the European dairy industry, sitting just behind the UK in terms of production volume. 75% of the Italian dairy population is in the northern regions and a large part of this is pumped into the protected Italian cheese market with huge exports across the world. It’s also home to one of the world’s leading livestock exhibitions – Fieragricola Show (conveniently included in the tour).

We’re guided by Dr Alfonso Camassa (Hannah Camassa’s husband in Lancashire for those unsure!) an experienced farm vet who’s spent a lot of time working in the Italian northern region – he will give unrivalled advice in comparison to the UK industry.
