We have an exciting opportunity for a supportive, logical-thinking, customer-focused individual to join our front-of-house team in Lancashire.

Your main responsibility will be for the management of our clinical vet team diary. You will be responsible for arranging appointments, booking meetings, organising TB tests, managing holidays, and the out-of-hours rota. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the diary and coordination of the clinical team.

As part of our front-of-house team you will also be involved in dispensing medicine orders and processing payments, as well as supporting clinical projects and administration.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise.

We are looking for someone with experience in coordinating a diary or appointment scheduling, and a good understanding of the agricultural industry.  However, we are looking for a candidate with the right attitude and the ability to learn, so we would be open to other applicants.

The successful candidate will be based at our Broughton practice but with some days based over in our Clitheroe office. Working hours are 8.30-5.00pm Monday to Friday with a paid 30-minute lunch break.
